We suggest you to check the dress or clothing and make sure that it has been made to the specification on receipt of the parcel.Washing is not wise if you want to return it.Please contact us at the first time if you want to return the item as we do not accept overdue claim.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Since all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. For most cases, we suggest you to take your personal size done to assure fitness.If we made any mistake on the measurements, please just show us the mistakes via photos, then we will be responsible for the mistake like resend you the correct size item free.

If the mistake is caused by your side,like you take a standard size according to your experience instead of our size chart, we can not assure you of the fitness and will not be responsible for this.Please make sure you take the correct size refer to the size chart here: http://www.styleprom.com/Article-110

However,if there is any size problem made by our side, just contact our service team with the photos at service@styleprom.com ,we will be totally responsible for this!

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on StyleProm.com. Slight color mismatches do not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Tips For Buyers
*We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem, we will refund some money as alteration fee to people who alter their dresses in local.
*Make sure the dresses are in their original condition when you return them- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
*Please contact us within 2 days you get the parcel as we do not accept overdue claim.
*Please contact us before you ship the item back or you will not be able to get your money back if there is any package loss or clearance problem.
*Shipping fees will be deducted when we offer full refund.Rushing fee will not be refunded either.
